Job Description

TradeRev is looking for a Market Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Organization. The primary goal is to work with customers to image, inspect, and load the vehicles on to TradeRev. Market Sales Coordinators are responsible for building relationships, training customers, and assisting customers with questions or concerns. As a TradeRev Representative in your market, you will be expected to provide feedback regarding progress of accounts and services. Coordinators will also be focused on maintaining and improving seller relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote TradeRev amongst franchise automotive dealerships, independent used vehicle dealers, and wholesale buyers

  • Visit customers in your territory and, by wielding top tech built into the app that’s backed by artificial intelligence, collect data on wholesale vehicles for auctions on TradeRev

  • Prepare a detailed report to include with the vehicle listing

  • Complete an enhanced inspection that includes images and video of the vehicle to ensure transparency

  • Ensure vehicles have arrived in accordance to the “arrived vehicle” list

  • Work outdoors, in weather conditions consistent with your territory (rain, heat, cold, snow, etc.)

  • Work with sellers to provide training, in-field technical support, and other services to deliver a customer obsessed experience through fast, fair, and easy operational processes

  • Develop a thorough understanding of TradeRev policies, processes, procedures and the tools used in the conduct of enhanced inspections

  • Understand and react to the competitive landscape regarding all company policies, procedures, and systems with a customer impact

  • Assist customers with transportation and logistics questions

  • Manage daily appointment activity

  • Proactively communicate and maintain excellent working relationships with TradeRev users and partners

  • Facilitate feedback from accounts to assist with sales initiatives and improvements

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • College Degree with a focus on Automotive Sales an asset; bachelor's degree preferred

  • A minimum of one (1) year of proven field or service/support experience is required

  • Prior experience within the automotive industry preferred

  • Experience in providing superior customer service

  • Experience and comfort with web and mobile technology is a must

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to maintain calm and diplomatic in dispute resolution situations

  • Autonomous, self-driven, proactive and a team player

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Competent Microsoft Office skills

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Travel in excess of 75%
